Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee and Allison Can Read.

Q: Summer Reading: What was your favorite book that you were required to read when you were in school?

A: I actually have two that I really like. The books are Unwind by Neal Shusterman and The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. Both of them are amazing! I would recommend you reading them!

TGIF is a meme hosted by Ginger over at GReads! Every week there's a question you can answer.

Q: Christmas in July: If Santa were to come down your chimney in the middle of summer, which books would you want him to leave for you under the tree?

A: I probably would want Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake, Team Human, Enshadowed by Kelly Creagh, and lots more! I probably have lists full of books that I want.

"I won't tell anyone, Echo. I promise." Noah tucked a curl behind my ear. It had been so long since someone touched me like he did. Why did it have to be Noah Hutchins? His dark brown eyes shifted to my covered arms. "You didn't do that-did you? It was done to you?" No one ever asked that question. They stared. They whispered. They laughed. But they never asked.

So wrong for each other...and yet so right.

No one knows what happened the night Echo Emerson went from popular girl with jock boyfriend to gossiped-about outsider with "freaky" scars on her arms. Even Echo can't remember the whole truth of that horrible night. All she knows is that she wants everything to go back to normal. But when Noah Hutchins, the smoking-hot, girl-using loner in the black leather jacket, explodes into her life with his tough attitude and surprising understanding, Echo's world shifts in ways she could never have imagined. They should have nothing in common. And with the secrets they both keep, being together is pretty much impossible.Yet the crazy attraction between them refuses to go away. And Echo has to ask herself just how far they can push the limits and what she'll risk for the one guy who might teach her how to love again.

Review:
Well, I got this for review and I couldn't wait to read this! Weeks pasts by and I kept seeing bloggers posting reviews of this book. All of them were 5 stars reviews. I knew I was going to love the book.

They started off talking about Echos's and Noah's problem. Echos almost got killed by her mom but she still believes that her mom didn't mean to. Noah's mom and dad got killed in a fire. He's trying to get his brothers back. They both go to Mrs. Collins for help. They met each other because Echos have to tutor Noah. Noah wanted to get his brothers back so he needs to get good grades and go to college.

Echos and Noah started liking each other. They both have problems in their lives. Echos feels like he's the only one who understands her. You knew they had the connection in the beginning. I don't know what to say about their relationship. It's just any normal couple at high school.

Let's talk about Luke. Luke was Echos's boyfriend before her mother tried to kill her. He was probably the perfect boyfriend. He's the popular guy. Before this all happened Echos was popular too. Luke kept pushing her to have sex, but Echos was never ready. Luke just kept pushing her. I personally think Luke needs help too. I didn't like him from the beginning.

Echos always thought it was her dad's and step mom's fault that made her mom fall apart. The way her dad and step mom talked made me believe they did. If both of them comfort her after the accident maybe she wouldn't be so broken inside.

Noah thought that Tyler and S's foster parents were hurting them. He wanted to be the best brother they'll ever have. He would do anything for them.

In the end, everyone was wrong. The ending was perfect. I don't know what else to tell you guys because this book is amazing! You guys probably know that everyone love this book. I would recommend everyone reading this book! I read this book in one day!

What's Next? (4)

It's a new meme hosted by Iceybooks. If you can't decide on what to read, ask your followers. By listing a few books that you want to read next! Also give information about each book.

Salvation has its price.

The words stunned Adrian for a moment, but he kept going. "You're lying. What you're describing is impossible. There's no way to save a Strigoi. When they're gone, they're gone. They're dead. Undead. Forever." Robert's next words weren't directed at Adrian. They were spoken to me. "That which is dead doesn't always stay dead...."

After a long and heartbreaking journey to Siberia, Dimitri’s birthplace, Rose Hathaway has finally returned to St. Vladimir’s — and to her best friend, Lissa Dragomir. It's graduation, and the girls can’t wait for their real lives outside of the Academy’s cold iron gates to finally begin. But even with the intrigue and excitement of court life looming, Rose’s heart still aches for Dimitri. He's out there, somewhere.

It's been several generations since a genetic experiment gone wrong caused the Reduction, decimating humanity and giving rise to a Luddite nobility who outlawed most technology.

Elliot North has always known her place in this world. Four years ago Elliot refused to run away with her childhood sweetheart, the servant Kai, choosing duty to her family's estate over love. Since then the world has changed: a new class of Post-Reductionists is jumpstarting the wheel of progress, and Elliot's estate is foundering, forcing her to rent land to the mysterious Cloud Fleet, a group of shipbuilders that includes renowned explorer Captain Malakai Wentforth--an almost unrecognizable Kai. And while Elliot wonders if this could be their second chance, Kai seems determined to show Elliot exactly what she gave up when she let him go.

But Elliot soon discovers her old friend carries a secret--one that could change their society . . . or bring it to its knees. And again, she's faced with a choice: cling to what she's been raised to believe, or cast her lot with the only boy she's ever loved, even if she's lost him forever.

A threat from the past could destroy the future. And the clock is ticking...

Kaleb Ballard's relentless flirting is interrupted when Jack Landers, the man who tried to murder his father, timeslips in and attacks before disappearing just as quickly. But Kaleb has never before been able to see time travelers, unlike many of his friends associated with the mysterious Hourglass organization. Are Kaleb's powers expanding, or is something very wrong?

Then the Hourglass is issued an ultimatum. Either they find Jack and the research he's stolen on the time gene, or time will be altered with devastating results.

Now Kaleb, Emerson, Michael, and the other Hourglass recruits have no choice but to use their unusual powers to find Jack. But where do they even start? And when? And even if they succeed, it may not be enough...

Now Sophie is defenseless, alone, and at the mercy of her sworn enemies—the Brannicks, a family of warrior women who hunt down the Prodigium. Or at least that’s what Sophie thinks, until she makes a surprising discovery. The Brannicks know an epic war is coming, and they believe Sophie is the only one powerful enough to stop the world from ending. But without her magic, Sophie isn’t as confident.

Sophie’s bound for one hell of a ride—can she get her powers back before it’s too late?

Review:

I love the first two books and I knew I would love this one too! It came out a while ago. I wanted to read this so bad but I kept reading other books. I was happy to finally start on this book. It took me quite a while to finish the book though. It was because I was busy doing other stuff.

The beginning of the book started off where the second book stopped. Even though I didn't read the second book before reading this, I still remembered a lot from the book. The author gave a lot of description about what's happening, which I love. There was already so much secrets being revealed in the two or three chapter. This book answers pretty much every question.

The characters are amazing. I love Sophie. She's such a joker. I wish I was friends with her. Archer was of course flirting with Sophie every second in the book. I love them together! I also like Cal but he's the more gentle and calm guy. Probably the romantic one, maybe? Just imaging Cal make me chill haha. You can't forget Jenna. I love this girl! Even though she's a vampire. She seems like a normal teenager girl. I love her personality. Sophie's parents are the best!

I do have a tiny problem with this book though...sigh I know. I wish it was going to be perfect like the other two books. You guys know that she's powerless now. She was trying to getting her powers back, which she does but the way she did it, was just too easy. I wanted things to end up bad then she gets it back by doing something awesome but she didn't. Also they were trying to find something in the underworld. I don't want to tell you what it is because it's near half way in the book before you find out. So when they were in the underworld bad things happen. You would image demons everywhere right? Not at all! Just images appearing, nightmares. I mean, it's scary but I was hoping for something big.

Overall, this book was great! I did love this book and the trilogy. The plot, story, and characters is awesome. I love everything about this trilogy. I will be reading future books from this author. Even though there was some bad parts in this book, I would recommend everyone buying Hex Hall, Demonglass, and Spell Bound right now! It will totally be worth your money and time!
